Add turmeric and salt with chicken. Heat both oil and clarified butter together. Fried chopped onion in it. Add all mash/paste spice and chicken. After 10 minutes, add all powder spice, sour and sweet yogurts and little hot water with chicken. Boil it well. After boiled, add tomato sauce and take off from burner. Take an iron pan; heat the pan at least 30 minutes without giving anything in it. After that, give butter and everything in iron pan. Off the burner, stir few minutes and serve.
