King Prawn Korma

Method of Preparation

  • In a deep bowl combine yoghurt, coconut, dry spice powders and the coconut cream. Season with salt and pepper. Toss in the prawns, mix well to coat evenly, cover and refrigerate for 30 min.
  • In a large skillet heat the oil on medium high. When the oil is hot toss in the onions and cook for 3 min or until soft.
  • Add in the ginger and garlic and sauté for a min more.
  • Turn the heat to a low, toss in the prawn with the marinade and stir fry for 10 min until the prawns are cooked through.
  • Serve hot with steamed rice.
